The owner, Jill, is just about the most wonderful lady on the planet. She is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, and is friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to running the RV park, she also cares for a number of rescue animals, including llamas, alpacas, ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits and peacocks. She maintains a large collection of antiques, including the largest tractor collection in Alaska. The establishment is fun for adults and children alike. Wonderful mountain views! Truly an Alaskan experience! This is a nice respectable place. It was nice and the animals were nice and ate the feed out of my hand. If you go here try the pecan pie it is delicious. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Paid for the night & ended up leaving in 20 minutes. Dogs barking all around us. Sounded like a kennel behind rv park. Owners dog baking at everything from balcony. Terrible, unlevel, rocky sites. $6 for a shower. The owner was very friendly, funny and a good cook. She was upfront about a water problem, very accommodating. Loved her animals and collections. Fun roadhouse type rv park. Alpaca
